SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of all our product being made as ordered, we do not offer any sort of returns or payment refund. All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you will automatically agree to these terms:
1. If you received your purchase damaged, please send us pictures of the product and the box along with your order number. Depending on the extent of the damage and time frame; we can either offer a partial refund or send a replacement. This only applies if we are contacted within 15 days of receiving your order. Otherwise, we can no longer warranty the item. If what ever reason the customer requests a full refund, please see Term 6.
2. If the item did not physically fit as intended; we will send you a replacement as fast as possible at not cost. This only applies if we are contacted within 15 days of receiving your order. Otherwise, we can no longer warranty the item.
3. If you receive an incomplete item such as missing or incorrect parts, we will send the correct ones as soon as possible.
4. COVID19 - Due to the pandemic, The estimated turn around time provided in the product's descriptions can vary and change unexpectedly. Some situations are out of our hand. Such as waiting for delayed raw material and hardware to be delivered. However, if there has a been a wait longer than 8 weeks, you are eligible for a full refund.
5. If you are unsure of your purchase decision, you have up to 5 Business Days after the date of purchase to cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.
6. If there was any sort of agreement of a full refund outside of these terms, the item must be returned and received undamaged (or further damaged) before the refund is issued. Once received, the refund process will take 3-6 business days. The customer will be responsible for covering the returned shipping cost. Unless specified otherwise by the agreement outside of these terms.
